Under Occupational Health we provide Pre-Employment, Periodic and Post Employment Medical Examinations.

• Audiology service i.e. testing of the earing using an international, well-equipped insulated studio with a standard Audiology Booth
• Spirometry for Lung Function Test
• Vision Screening – using an International Standard Vision Screener

We test for eight parameter of vision including;

• Visual Acuity [Far Vision]
• Near Vision [Reading Ability]
• Color Vision
• Visual Fields[Peripheral Vision Testing]
• Night Vision
• Binocular Vision Vision with both eyes simultaneously]
• Vision Depth [Differentiation between two far objects]
• Lateral and Vertical Phoria [Examination of extra-ocular muscles and detection of squint]

Currently, the hospital provides medical services to a number of gold mining companies and other corporate institution in Tarkwa and its environs. These companies are;

The Chief Executive and Medical Director of the Hospital is Dr. Seth Nii Addy, a Fellow of Ghana College of Physician and Surgeons.

The hospital is a registered limited liability company with the following directors;

The hospital was accredited as Grade-A primary hospital in the year 2010 by National Health Insurance Authority and was providing services under the National Health Insurance Scheme up to 31st December, 2015.
The hospital is operational and is operating successfully with patronage from corporate institution, families and individuals in Tarkwa and its environs.
